How to bulk upload subscriptions to Google Reader - resources from TechEx 2011 Session by Lee Chern

It was my pleasure to attend a superb session at TechEx 2011 run by Lee Chern.  He’s been kind enough to allow me to share the resources that he has developed to upload a complete list of all of the blogs you wish to follow to Google Reader in one go, rather than going through the mindless tedium of adding them one at a time (which is what I foolishly did!)

Download the Excel spread sheet and then follow the instruction on Powerpoint slides 5 and 6 carefully.  It looks a bit daunting to begin with (tampering with the code in the Matrix!) but Lee’s instructions are clear and easy to follow.  Definitely better than spending mindless hours copy and pasting your subscriptions over one by one!

Many thanks to Lee for his presentation and for sharing these resources.
